Christina Gruber joined our team in January 2020 and was the first team member next to our 2 founders. She is responsible for a lot of stuff which happens in the background as controlling, accounting, payments, contracts and human resources.
Some may think that is a dry working area but Christina is so passionate about it that you could not find a better fit for this position.
But now let her tell for herself:
Who are you?
Hello there, my name is Christina Gruber and I have been a part of the Findustrial journey right from the beginning. At the university of Linz (JKU) I studied Business Education and concentrated on the main subjects of financial accounting and auditing. After graduation I followed the path I have started and took a job a PwC Austria in auditing. During this job I was able to get an insight in various types of companies and could explore the different ways of working. For me was clear by then, I would like to be a part of creating something new and contributing to the progress of our economic world. So here I am at Findustrial playing my part to a further development of the current state.
What’s the best thing about your job?
Two words say it all: Diversified and Challenging
Why do you think the pay-per-use market will develop in the upcoming months and years and thereby drive the use of the Findustrial platform?
Isn’t it a great idea to only have to pay for what you actually need at the moment? I think that is certainly a goal of every company. Nowadays we have the opportunity to develop such great and promising business models. So we not just do it. I am certain that pay-per-use will be a mainstream financing concept and Findustrial as an early bird in that field will develop from a hot start-up to be a big player in it.
What do you say about your team?
We are such a young and flexible team. Everybody has his/her strengths and can fully contribute to the common goal.
What is your greatest strength?
I guess I can dive in very complex task and work determined until I achieve a result.
What is your favourite quote that you would like to share with us at the end?
Dream as nothing is impossible!
